Pampered pet had the cheapest price for this item and FAST service. I ordered on Friday and the box was in my mailbox on Monday! As for the soother, a little dab'll do ya. Within days,with an application in the morning, the improvement is remarkable. No more scorched nostrils, her nose is sooo soft. Anyone thinking of trying this product should be aware that my dog at least, tried to lick it right off her nose. I just kept my hand over her nose 5 seconds, then let her lick away. It is made of all natural ingredients, so I think that makes it safer than baby or mineral oil if it is ingested. Now, when I show her the tin, she starts licking her nose and sits so I can apply it.

I have a 16 yr old Cairn Terrier and his nose had shriveled and dried into a brownish, cracked, painful mess restricting airflow through his nostrils. I tried everything the vet suggested and everything I found online. Nothing worked. I kept searching and found "Snout Soother". I didn't expect it to work any better than anything else I had tried but I was willing to try anything to help Schmooze boy with his painful nose. I applied it 3X a day for the first 48 hours and his nose was moist and black again. I applied it 2X a day for the next 72 hours and his nose was nearly healed. I'm applying it 1X a day now and he doesn't mind it a bit. He knows this stuff makes him feel better. Snout Soother worked wonders for Schmooze.

I thought snout soother would be great. However it is hard to apply, and didn't seem to do anything. I recently bought baby oil for my dogs nose, and carefully applied with soft cotton ball. Making sure not to get any oil in the nostrils. It works so much better.
