We received the trailer within five days of placing the order. It was easy to assemble but took me a little longer than the 30 minutes expected. No problems really; just I'm a bit slow. We put our dog in the trailer first in the house with treats and praise. He was good with it. Then we pulled him around in it before taking him for a 3 minute ride last night. No problems. We just returned from a 30 minute ride in the neighborhood. He seemed to truly enjoy the ride. When we came back he was happily panting as if he had been peddling the bike! Going up hills was a bit of a pull but not impossible. The ride was smooth and the bumps in the path were not noticeable. Overall, we recommend this dog bike trailer.

After ordering this item from another supplier and asking them for a tracking number, I was told that it was out of stock and would not be available for 2-3 weeks. When I ordered it the supplier said that these were in stock. I canceled the order and placed my new order. This new supplier shipped the order within a few days. I am very satisfied with the product. It did have a distinct odor, after a few days of airing it out it was fine.

This pet trailer is great. Had no problems putting it together in less than an hour's time. I wish the pockets were a little larger, but this trailer is sturdy, attractive, easy to hook up, and easy to pull. My dog loves it...she's ready to jump in every time I pull it out for a spin.

I never received this product and the company never informed me that there was a problem. After several weeks and several emails and phone calls I discovered that the company was out of stock. This company is NOT a recognized dealer for this product and can not get more stock. I spoke to the manufacturer and they advised me they've had trouble with this company selling their product without an agreement. I would never by from this company or Amazon again. Horrible. I ordered three products and have the stroller kit and additional bike attachment, but no trailer. Nearly $100 wasted. Beware of buying from Amazon and associated companies.

Absolutely love it!!! Easy to assemble. My three dogs (19lbs, 7lbs & 4.5lbs) have plenty of room to roam in it. Perfect Solution to take little dogs with you on long distance rides. Plus it provides a safe contained place for them to hang out in when you are sitting on an outside patio for a quick lunch in town.
